The qualification needed below includes key education, skills, ability for pilot career. The pilot requirements from entry level (minimum requirements) to pro level depend on each airline.

1. Pilot education/knowledge/training courses:/licenses:                                                                   

• School/college/degree: High School Diploma

• Wide knowledge of aircraft operations and procedures

• Profound knowledge of applicable FCC, FAA, OSHA and environmental regulations
• Wide knowledge of aircraft operations and procedures
• Profound knowledge of applicable FCC, FAA, OSHA and environmental regulations
• In-depth knowledge of flight safety operation procedures, flight equipment, and emergency handling techniques
• Extensive knowledge of helicopter parts, repairing techniques, and safety hazards
• Familiar with weather inspection techniques, loading the emergency fighting equipment, and providing instructions to passengers in handling emergency situations
• Airline Transport Pilot: Airplane Multi-Engine Land certificate.
• Commercial Privileges: Airplane Single Engine Land certificate.
• Flight Instructor: Airplane Single Engine Land and Instrument certificate.
• Flight Engineer Written Exam: FEB/FEJ certificate. certificate.
• FAA Class 1 Medical certificate.

4. Health/medical/physical and other requirements

• Standing height 64" – 77
• Distant Vision: 20/20 or better in each eye separately, with or without correction.
• Near Vision: 20/40 or better in each eye separately (Snellen equivalent), with or without correction, as measured at 16 inches.
• Intermediate Vision: 20/40 or better in each eye separately (Snellen equivalent), with or without correction at age 50 and over, as measured at 32 inches.        No requirement.
• Color Vision: Ability to perceive those colors necessary for safe performance of airman duties.
